Egg is a very common breakfast item. It can be made in several different ways depending on what your goal is. Below is a recipe for a super light, low carb omelette to kickoff your day.
INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
Coconut oil
1/2 cup red onion
1/3 cup sliced leaks
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup red bell pepper
Any low-fat cheese of your choice
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp curry
DIRECTIONS:
