Keto Compliant Low Carb Meat Pie

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups coconut flour (+ 2 tbsp)

2 cups shredded beef

5 raw eggs

1 cup diced carrots

1 whole Avocado (mashed)

1 Stick butter (+ 1/2 tbsp)

1/2 cup almond milk

1 cup water

1 stick low-fat organic cream cheese

1/2 cup red onion

1 tbsp minced ginger

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp curry

1/2 tsp salt

1 beef stock

1 tbsp stevia (optional)

P.S; mix 1 egg and 1/2 tbsp of butter and set aside.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash and place diced beef in a pot, and water, a pinch of salt, curry, garlic, ginger, onion, beef stock, and diced carrots and cook for about 20 minutes. Add cream cheese and stir until completely dissolved. Sprinkle 2 tbsp coconut flour over the content and stir thoroughly until it looks like a thick beef soup (this is to prevent the content from running over when scooped into a dough).
  2. Pour 2 cups of coconut flour in a mixing bowl, add stevia, 4 eggs, 1 stick of butter, 1/2 tsp salt,  1/2 cup almond milk, and mix until it forms a dough.
  3. Cut your dough into 9 places or as desired (depending the size you want your meat pie). Place each dough on a flat surface and flatten the dough with a roller as flat as possible. Scoop a desired quantity of beef content, place it in the middle of the dough and add a scoop of avocado (again, desired amount). Fold the dough in half, bathe the top of the dough with butter and egg mix, line your dough in a greased baking pan making sure to avoid rubbing each other. Bake for 30-45 minutes on a medium heat depending on how thick or the size of your dough. Let it cool, slice, serve, and enjoy!

These are perfect low carb and keto Compliant snack. Prep time should not take more than 1 hour.
