Almond Flour Buttery Pancake

Almond flour is a nut flour made from a blanched (no skin) almond. It is low in carb when compared to regular all-purpose or wheat flour. It’s low carb quality makes it a popular substitute for baking In a keto or other low carb diet World, almond is very common baking must have ingredient. Almond does not rise when used for baking because it is gluten-free. Almond flour can be used for various types of foods. Below is an example of one of those foods (pancake)

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups almond flour
4 raw eggs
6 tbs butter
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbs stevia (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all the dry ingredients together and
set aside. Whisk eggs, milk, and 5 tbs butter until
creamy. Pour egg and butter mixture
into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
Grease a pan or skillet with remaining 1tbs.  butter, Pour 3/4 cup of pancake batter into a greased skillet, flip pancake until both sides are golden
brown on low to medium heat.
