Low Calorie Seafood Soup

Many People tends to add or put on weight during cold or rainy day/season due to the fact that they are stuck in the house with nothing to do or place to go. Many turn to things like potato soup or other calorie dense food for comfort or just Netflix and chill type thing. I too love but dread those crazy weather. I always ask myself, what do I eat or do? well this mixed seafood soup is definitely one low carb soup I can swear by. Ingredients:
Mixed seafood pack from https://www.samsclub.com/sams/

Blended tomato (4 medium)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp curry

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp garlic

small diced red onion

1 lbs. salmon

1 bay leaf

 

Direction:

Place mix seafood in a pot, add desired amount of water (depending on the consistency you want), and add all other ingredients. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
