Flat Stomach Hibiscus Drink

IMG_0241When it comes to having flat stomach, people usually only think about sit-ups, but there are other remedies to having that dream of having a flat stomach come through. I do a lot of research and try lots of different recipes, but this delicious and effective recipes is one that I acquired from my great grand mother. This is a hibiscus drink that is pack with flavor and rich mood elevating aroma. Below are the recipes to this delicious cup of life!

Ingredients:

4 ears of dried hibiscus

1 cup of pineapple (diced)

I whole lemon

1 tbsp. grated ginger

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar -with the mother- (optional)

 

Direction:

Wash and add all the items in a pot or kettle. Cook for about 30 minutes, let is cool, sieve, serve, and enjoy!
