4 ears of dried hibiscus
1 cup of pineapple (diced)
I whole lemon
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar -with the mother- (optional)
Wash and add all the items in a pot or kettle. Cook for about 30 minutes, let is cool, sieve, serve, and enjoy!
