BAKED GARLIC SALMON

Salmon is a very easy yet tricky food to make. Trying to bake it just the right way to retain its moisture was very challenging to me at one point, but thanks to my mum, I have mastered and enjoyed baking this delicious salmon with my mother’s secrete recipe that I decided to share with you all today.

This salmon is very easy to make if you follow the directions and use the right ingredients.

What you’ll need:
2 lbs of fresh salmon
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs minced ginger
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp freshly round black pepper
1 Tbs coconut oil
A pinch of salt.

Direction:
Cut and wash the salmon and gently pat dry with paper towel. Line up your baking pan with foil. Place the salmon in the pan, add all the ingredients, mix it up until evenly distributed, and cover with a foil. Baked in a medium heat for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
