Ingredients:
3 cups iceberg lettuce
1 Roma Tomato
1 cup purple cabbage
1 whole Avocado
3 sclices of red onion
1 cup Crouton (made with almond flour)
2 Hard boiled eggs (sliced)
Dressing:
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice (from fresh lemon)
1 tbs ginger (pureed)
1/2 tsp Vinegar
Add all salad ingredients in a blender,blend, and enjoy!
